Aluminum Melting and casting Production Lines
There are 7 aluminum melting and casting production lines with an annual output of 300,000 tons of round ingots, capable of producing round ingots with a maximum diameter of φ508mm. The alloy varieties cover 1XXX to 9XXX series. The main equipment is imported from the United States, Germany, Norway, Japan and other countries, and the overall configuration is at an internationally leading level.
Aluminum Extrusion Mold Manufacturing center
The mold manufacturing center integrates R&D, design. manufacturing and maintenance, with fully numerical control processing.The mold processing capacity is more than 20,000 sets (pieces) per year.
Data simulation software is used for mold design to complete simulation of extrusion forming, simulate the mold extrusion process and optimize the mold design scheme and product design scheme.
Aluminum Extrusion Production Lines
There are 13 aluminum profile extrusion production lines (with tonnages ranging from 10KN to 75KN) with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons. Equipped with an extrusion closed-loop intelligent monitoring system, it realizes real-time recording and traceability of process parameters. With the support of big data technology, it stably improves product quality. The overall equipment is at the leading level in the domestic aluminum extrusion industry.
Aluminum Deep Processing Production Lines
It has machining production lines, as well as FDS (Flow Drill Screw) production lines and FSW (Friction Stir Welding) production lines for battery casings.
Annual capacity:300.000 sets of deep-processed products. The overall equipment has a leading level of automation and intelligence in the industry.
